Additional Services

We are not a law firm, but we can provide legal referrals if required. You are not alone; our mission is to help you and provide all the resources and services you need to excel and improve the quality of life everyone deserves no matter their immigration status. Our team will support and stand by you in solidarity; understanding US immigration system, knowing your rights at different stages of the system and what your options are in every stage you are on including complicated cases, denials and appeals or if you do not have any immigration status, applications pending or in ICE detention and deportation proceedings. Our resources help migrants seeking to understand and defend their legal position in the United States; understanding the US immigration process raises awareness of common problems people face as they navigate the process. In recent years, the immigration crisis is an underreported human rights crisis in the United States. Inequality, discrimination, and violations of basic immigrants’ rights/human rights are increasing in an alarming rate while living under the shadows in low-wage industries vulnerable to labor exploitation as they face constant fear for being fired or deported; because of their immigration status they are denied their basic labor protections, right to education, public service and more.

Under Trump administration and the COVID-19 global pandemic (Trump pandemic-era policy) affected migration globally and it has made it much harder for migrants in the United States as some of the backlogs are due to the restrictions imposed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and executive orders suspension of immigration programs and travel bans.

We receive no government funding; all our funding comes from grants from charitable trusts and public donations. As a not-for-profit organization, donations go a long way. You can help by donating or, better still, a regular solidarity payment.

We are committed to helping and getting the information out to individuals and communities who needed the most, free of charge. To do this we will need your help. If you can afford to help, please consider making donation for our continuing work making sure people understand their immigration legal case, are aware of their rights and know how to take action to secure the right to remain in the US and exercise their rights and freedom.
